Eun Sung-soo, chairman of the Financial Services Commission, said on the 19th, "The fund management method will be designed in a market-friendly manner by applying mutatis mutandis past cases of fund creation," adding, "It will be difficult to implement without the sympathy and cooperation of all market participants."
해외 현지법인의 자본적정성 산정시 소재지국의 기준이 없는 경우 국내규제보다 더 강한 기준이 적용되는 경우 발생할 경우에는 국내 유사업종에 대한 기준을 준용할 수 있도록 했다.

제10조 (공시송달) ①외국에서 할 송달에 대한 공시송달은
법원서기관·법원사무관· 법원주사 또는 법원주사보가 송달할 서류를 보관하고 그
사유를 법원게시판에 게시함과 아울러 그 외국에 주재하는 대한민국의 대사·공사
또는 영사에게통지하여야 한다.
Article 10 (Service by Public Notice)
(1) In a case where service to be made in a foreign country is made by
public notice, the court official of Grade IV, V, VI or VII shall keep the
documents to be served, and put up a notice and the reasons thereof on the
court billboard, and at the same time notify it to the ambassador, minister
or consul of the Republic of Korea in the foreign country concerned.
②제6조의 규정은 제1항의 규정에 의한 통지를 하는 경우에 이를 준용한다.
(2) The provisions of Article 6 shall apply mutatis mutandis to a case
where notification is made under paragraph (1).
제107조 ①법률이 헌법에 위반되는 여부가 재판의 전제가 된 경우에는 법원은 헌법재판소에 제청하여 그 심판에 의하여 재판한다.
Article 107
(1) When the constitutionality of a law is at issue in a trial, the court shall request a decision of the Constitutional Court, and shall judge according to the decision thereof.
②명령·규칙 또는 처분이 헌법이나 법률에 위반되는 여부가 재판의 전제가 된 경우에는 대법원은 이를 최종적으로 심사할 권한을 가진다.
(2) The Supreme Court shall have the power to make a final review of the constitutionality or legality of administrative decrees, regulations or actions, when their constitutionality or legality is at issue in a trial.
③재판의 전심절차로서 행정심판을 할 수 있다. 행정심판의 절차는 법률로 정하되, 사법절차가 준용되어야 한다.
(3) Administrative appeals may be conducted as a procedure prior to a judicial trial. The procedure of administrative appeals shall be determined by Act and shall be in conformity with the principles of judicial procedures.
가. 봉
(a) Bars and rods
"봉"이란 압연ㆍ압출ㆍ인발(引拔)ㆍ단조(鍛造)제품으로서 코일 모양이 아니어야 하고, 그 횡단면이 전체 길이에 걸쳐 균일하고 중공(中空)이 없으며, 원형ㆍ타원형ㆍ직사각형(정사각형을 포함한다)ㆍ정삼각형·볼록정다각형["편평화한 원형"과 "변형된 직사각형"을 포함하며, 이들은 마주보는 두 변이 볼록한 호(弧) 모양이고 다른 두 변은 직선이며 길이가 같고 평행한 것이다]인 것을 말한다. 이 경우 횡단면이 직사각형(정사각형을 포함한다)ㆍ삼각형ㆍ다각형인 물품은 전체 길이에 걸쳐 둥근 모양의 모서리를 가지는 경우도 있다. 횡단면이 직사각형("변형된 직사각형"을 포함한다)인 물품은 그 두께가 폭의 10분의 1을 초과하는 것으로 한정한다. 또한 위와 동일한 모양과 치수를 가진 주조 제품이나 소결(燒結) 제품으로서 제조된 후 단순한 트리밍(trimming)이나 스케일 제거(de-scaling) 이외의 다른 연속가공을 거친 것도 포함한다. 다만, 다른 호에 해당하는 물품이나 제품의 특성이 있는 것은 제외한다. 그러나 제74류의 와이어바(wire-bar)와 빌릿(billet)으로서 선재[와이어로드(wire-rod)]나 관(管) 등으로 제조할 때 단순히 기계에 투입하는 것을 쉽게 하기 위한 목적으로 끝을 가늘게 하거나 그 밖의 다른 가공을 한 것은 제7403호의 구리의 괴(塊)로 본다. 이 규정은 제81류에 해당하는 물품에도 준용한다.
Rolled, extruded, drawn or forged products, not in coils, which have a uniform solid cross-section along their whole length in the shape of circles, ovals, rectangles (including squares), equilateral triangles or regular convex polygons (including “flattened circles” and “modified rectangles”, of which two opposite sides are convex arcs, the other two sides being straight, of equal length and parallel). Products with a rectangular (including square), triangular or polygonal cross-section may have corners rounded along their whole length. The thickness of such products which have a rectangular (including “modified rectangular”) cross-section exceeds one-tenth of the width. The expression also covers cast or sintered products, of the same forms and dimensions, which have been subsequently worked after production (otherwise than by simple trimming or de-scaling), provided that they have not thereby assumed the character of articles or products of other headings.Wire-bars and billets of Chapter 74 with their ends tapered or otherwise worked simply to facilitate their entry into machines for converting them into, for example, drawing stock (wire-rod) or tubes, are however to be taken to be unwrought copper of heading 74.03.This provision applies mutatis mutandis to the products of Chapter 81.
