Hong Kong-based Internet company China.com Corp., whose shares
skyrocketed this week after the United States reached a trade agreement
with China, said Friday its board approved a two-for-one stock split.
홍콩의 인터넷업체 차이나닷컴(China.com Corp.)은 19일 자사 주식의 2
대1 분할을 이사회가 승인했다고 밝혔다. 차이나는 최근 미국과 중국이
무역협정에 합의한 뒤 주가가 급등하고 있다.

A special general meeting of shareholders is scheduled to vote Dec. 6 on
the split, which would be available to holders of record by the end of
the trading day Nov. 23.
이 회사의 특별 주주총회가 주식분할의 허용 여부를 결정하기위해 다음달 6일
개최된다. 주식분할이 결정되면 11월23일 거래마감까지 주주명부에 등재된
주주들에 대해 구주 1주당 신주 2주가 배분된다.
