전문가들은 주식투자에 나서기 전 먼저 주식투자가 본인에게 적합한지 여부를 따져봐야 한다고 조언한다.

이 관계자는 "코로나19 피해가 큰 소상공인과 중소기업을 비롯해 서민 취약계층의 생계자금 등이 늘고 있는데다 고신용자들의 주식투자용 신용대출 증가까지 겹쳐 이미 대출목표성장률을 크게 넘어섰다"고 말했다.

당국자는 "어떤 방안도 배제하지 않고 있으며, 정해진 것 역시 없다"고 말했지만 연간 소득 20만달러 이하의 개인에 대해 주식투자액 1만달러까지 비과세 혜택을 주는 방안이 거론되는 것으로 전해졌다.

이 외에도 인공지능이 주식투자를 관리해주는 로보어드바이저를 활용한 비대면 기반 자산관리 서비스를 장기적으로 내놓을 계획이다.

상호금융 관계자는 "주 고객층인 자영업자나 서민들이 급하게 생활자금을 필요로 해 손해를 감수하고서라도 예적금을 많이 해지하고 있다"며 "최근 주식시장이 출렁이면서 예적금 대신 주식투자 쪽으로 가려는 움직임도 하나의 이유"라고 말했다.
