서울시는 돌봄서비스의 공공성과 품질을 높이는 차원에서 요양보호사 종합계획을 수립했다고 8일 밝혔다.
Seoul announced on the 8th that it had established a comprehensive plan for nursing care providers to improve the publicity and quality of care services.

보건의료 전문가들은 정부가 지난 4월 발표한 '제1차 국민건강보험 종합계획'에 대해 위와 같은 견해를 내놨다.
Health care experts expressed the above view on the "First Comprehensive National Health Insurance Plan" announced by the government in April.

이중규 보건복지부 보험급여과장은 "정부에서도 소아외과 문제의 심각성을 인식하고 있다"며 "지난 4월 발표한 국민건강보험 종합계획에 소아외과를 필수의료에 포함해 지원책을 강구하고 있다"고 밝혔다.
Lee Jung-gyu, head of the Department of Health and Welfare Insurance Benefits said, "The government is also aware of the seriousness of the pediatric surgery problem. In addition to the National Health Insurance Comprehensive Plan announced in April, pediatric surgery is included in essential medical care, and support measures are being sought."

이에 앞서 보건복지부는 올해부터 2023년까지 추진할 건강보험의 정책목표와 방향 등 중장기 비전을 담은 '제1차 국민건강보험 종합계획'을 내놓으면서 이 기간 건강보험 재정이 연속 적자를 기록할 것이라고 전망했다.
Prior to this, the Ministry of Health and Welfare announced the "1st National Health Insurance Comprehensive Plan", which contained the mid- to long-term vision, including the policy goals and directions of health insurance to be promoted from this year to 2023.

보건복지부장관은 국내 병원체자원 현황을 파악하고 종합계획을 수립하기 위하여 병원체자원의 수집·관리 및 활용에 관한 현황 및 실태 등을 5년마다 조사하고 병원체자원 목록을 작성하여야 한다.
The Minister of Ministry of Health and Welfare shall investigate the current status, status, etc. of the collection, management, and utilization of hospital body resources every five years and prepare a list of pathogen resources in order to ascertain the current status of pathogen resources in Korea and formulate a comprehensive plan.

보건복지부장관은 종합계획 또는 시행계획을 수립한 경우에는 보건복지부 인터넷 홈페이지에 게재하고, 관계 중앙행정기관의 장에게 알려야 한다.
When the Minister of Ministry of Health and Welfare has formulated a comprehensive plan or an implementation plan, he/she shall post it on the website of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and notify the Head of the relevant central administrative agency.

한편, 그간 미진하였던 노인, 외국인 등 취약계층 대상 결핵관리, 의료인 등 전문인 교육을 신규로 추진하는 방안 등이 종합계획(안)에 담길 계획이다.
Meanwhile, the comprehensive plan plans to include a new plan to promote tuberculosis management for vulnerable groups such as senior citizens and foreigners who have been lacking and to promote education for professionals such as medical personnel.
