영업비밀정보를 근거로 만든 메모나 차트 등)를 파기함으로써 보장됨. 영
업비밀문서의 반환시에 이러한 자료의 어떠한 사본도 만들어지지 않았으
며, 상무성이 특별히 허가하지 않은 누구도 이 자료를 가지고 있지 않도록
나 스스로 성실한 노력을 다했음을 증언하는 증명서를 같이 제출함
나는 이 협정에서 서술된 조건을 위반할 경우 상무부가 적절하다고 결정한
행정적 제재에 복종할 것임을 인정함
