"사과할게요." forgive(용서하다)를 착각한 말이다.
'사과하다'라는 뜻의 이 동사는 자동사이므로 사과 대상이 목적어로 오려면
전치사 to가 오고, 사과 이유가 오려면 전치사 for가 와야 한다.
너무 복잡하다면 간단히 "I'm sorry." 혹은 "Forgive me." 라고 하면 된다.
사과하기 위해 살짝 운을 띄우는 말로
"I owe you an apology.(사과할 일이 있는데.)"가 있는데,
부담 없이 쓸 수 있는 말이다. 이 표현은 호의를 제공받았을 때에도
"I owe you one.(신세 한번 졌네.)"라는 말로 쓰인다.

D. Disclosures to Parties Not Authorized to Receive Business Proprietary
Information
D. 권한 없는 이해관계인에 대한 영업비밀정보의 공개
19 CFR 351.306(d) clarifies that no person, including an authorized applicant, may
disclose the business proprietary information of another party to any other person except
another authorized applicant or a DOC official described in 19 CFR 351.306(a)(2). Any
person who is not an authorized applicant and who is served with business proprietary
information of another party must return that information immediately to the sender
without reading it, to the extent possible, and must notify the DOC so that it can
investigate the disclosure under 19 CFR 354. The purpose of this requirement is to
minimize the damage caused by the unauthorized disclosure of business proprietary
information, disclosures that typically are inadvertent.
19 CFR351.306(d)에 의하면 권한이 부여된 신청자를 포함한 누구도 19
CFR351.306(a)(2)에서 규정한 상무부(DOC)직원 또는 다른 권한 있는 신청자
를 제외하고는 타인의 영업비밀정보를 다른 사람에게 공개하지 못하도록
되어 있다. 권한이 부여된 신청자가 아니거나 다른 당사자의 영업비밀정보를
제공받은 자는 가능한 한 그 정보를 보지 않고 즉시 송달자에게 돌려주어야
하며 또한 상무부에 통보하여 상무부가 19 CFR354하의 공개사실을 조사할
수 있도록 하여야 한다. 이와 같은 규정의 목적은 정당한 권한이 없는 자에
의한 영업비밀정보의 공개 - 그 공개는 주로 부주의함 때문이다 -로 인한
손해를 최소화하기 위함이다.
