The opposition party is planning to call for a parliamentary
hearing and investigations into the accusations against the
President when the National Assembly convenes for its regular
session next week.

``Leaving the legacies of extreme confrontation and aberration
behind us, we lawmakers should make efforts to transform this
regular session into a forum of parliamentary democracy,'' the
speaker said in his opening address.
김수한의장은 개회사에서 "극한대결과 파행은 과거의 유산으로 묻어
두고, 국회는 이번 정기국회를 의회민주주의의 장(場)으로 승화시켜
나가야 할 것"이라고 말했다.
To establish legal devices to guarantee a fair and clean
presidential election next year is one of the opposition's most
important goals during the regular session, said Rep. Park
Sang-choen, floor leader of the main opposition party.
국민회의 박상천 총무는 "이번 정기국회의 최대 목표는 내년 대선에
서의 공명선거 조건을 확보하는 것"이라고 규정했다.
