Issuing stocks and bonds are two ways companies can increase their
capital. Bonds can be issued in different values and in various
currencies and can be easily resold. A person purchasing the bond is
agreeing to lend the company a specific amount of money in return for
regular interest payments until the bond reaches maturity.

Movement Expenses

Movement expenses are expenses directly attributable to bringing the merchandise from the
original place of shipment to the place of delivery of the U.S. or foreign market sale. These
expenses may include freight and freight insurance charges, brokerage and handling fees, export
taxes, and warehousing expenses incurred after the merchandise leaves the original place of
shipment.

Normally, the product facility is considered to be the original place of shipment. However,
where export price, constructed export price, or normal value is based on a sale made by a
reseller unaffiliated with the producer, the Department may treat the place from which the
reseller shipped the merchandise as the original place of shipment. Sections 772)c)(2)(A) and
773(a)(6)(B)(ii) of the Act; section 351.401(e) of the regulations.)

운반비용(Movement Expenses)

운반비용은 상품을 판매장소에서 미국이나 외국시장판매의 인도장소
까지 운반하는데 필요한 비용이다. 이 비용에는 상품이 판매장소를 떠난
후에 발생하는 운반비, 운송보험료, 중개료와 취급비용, 수출세, 창고비용
등이 포함된다.

보통 생산시설을 판매장소로 간주한다. 그러나 수출가격, 구성수출
가격이나 정상가격이 생산자와 특수 관계없는 재판매상에 의한 판매에
기초하였다면 상무부는 재판매상이 상품을 판매한 장소를 판매장소로
간주할 수 있다. (법 제772조(c)(2)(A)와 제773조(a)(6)(B)(ⅱ), 규칙(19
CFR) 351.401(e)참조)
도매활동(wholesaling)
사업체가 재판매 또는 영리를 목적으로 구입하는 상품이나 서비스의 판매를
포함하는 모든 거래.
수요역행가격결정법(demand-backward pricing)
소비자가 지불하려 하는 추정가격에서 출발하여 재판매업자의 관행적 수익을
차감한 가격설정법.
중간상(intermediaries)
이익을 남기고 판매를 목적으로 제품을 구매하는 재판매업자를 말하는데, 이들
은 기업이 고객을 발견하거나 판매를 도와주는 유통경로 회사들로 구성된다.
촉진공제(promotional discount)
제품광고 등과 같은 재판매업자가 수행한 특정 촉진활동에 대한 대가로서
제공되는 가격할인.

추가적으로 매출을 촉진시키거나 구매자들이 제품을 시용 하도록 하는 단기적인
할인.

5.5 귀하가 Abc와 별도의 계약을 통하여 명시적으로 허락을 받지 아니하는 한, 귀하는 어떠한 목적으로든지 ‘서비스’를 복제, 재생산, 복사, 판매, 이전 또는 재판매를 하지 아니하기로 합니다.
