→ 어떤 특정한 산이 화제로 되어 있으면 the mountain으로 해도 상관없다. ex) We slept overnight up on the mountain. 그 산에서 하루 밤 잤다.

'I tossed and turned all night.'은 '밤새도록 몸을 뒤척였다'는 말이므로 곧 “밤새 한잠도 못 잤다' 는 의미가 된다.
