URN : Uniform Resource Name. ("유알엔"으로 발음)
URL이 자원의 위치를 표시하나 변경이 잦아 이전 URL로는 찾을 수
없는 문제를 해결하기 위한 시도로 IETF에서 제기한 개념.
자원에 고유한 식별자를 부여함으로써 현재의 위치에 관계없이
동일한 URN으로 접근가능케 하는 의미.
URN은 아직 표준이 제안되고 있는 단계.

URL과 URN의 구별
URL이 자원의 주소(location)를 의미한다면 URN은 자원의 고유한 이름을
의미한다고 보면 됨. 자원이 없어져서 URL이 없더라도
URN은 이름으로서 자원을 지칭하는데 유효하다.
(책의 고유번호인 ISBN을 생각하면 좀더 쉽게 이해가 될 듯)

현실에서는 URL과 URI가 별 구별 없이 사용되고
URL이 훨씬 많이 쓰이고 있음
common pool resource
호수, 강, 관개시설, 지하수, 숲, 어류자원, 방목지 등 일반적 자연자원들을
말하며, 특히 한 명이 이 자원을 이용할 경우 이 자원을 이용하는 다른
사람에게 영향을 미칠 수 있는 자원을 표현할 때 common pool resource라는
문구를 사용한다.
income energy 에너지자원의 하나 지구 외부로부터 지구로 도달하는 에너지를 총칭함
capital energy 에너지 자원의 하나 지구가 원래 가지고 있거나 존재하고 있는 에너지원을 총칭함.
