시행되는 자산 건전성 정도에 대한 새로운 분류기준.

degree of credit risk에 대한 평가를 통해
dishonored assets(부실자산)의 발생을 사전 예방하고
이미 발생한 dishonored assets의 조기 정상화를 촉진함으로써
financial institutions 자산운용의 건전화를 도모하기
위해 마련한 제도이다.
