1960년 대에 많은 사람들의 인기를 한몸에 받고 있던 쿠바출신
권투선수 Benny Perat는 어느날 시합 도중 불의의 일격을 맞고
쓰러져 병원으로 후송되었으나 결국 죽고 말았다.

이 사건은 당시 인기절정의 스포츠였던 권투 경기의 위험성에
대해 일반인들의 인식을 새롭게 해주었을 뿐만 아니라 생활을

The Index of American Design is a collection of watercolor renderings that
represent objects of art popular in the United States from before 1700 until
about 1900. The painting dipict ceramics, furniture, woodcarving, glassware,
metal work, tools, costumes, and other crafts. There are some seventeen thousand
watercolors and, in addition, about five hundred photographs.

In addition, for the avoidance of doubt, Abc does not guarantee the Program will be operable at all times or during any down time (i) caused by outages to any public Internet backbones, networks or servers, (ii) caused by any failures of Your equipment, systems or local access services, (iii) for previously scheduled maintenance or (iv) relating to events beyond Abc's (or its wholly owned subsidiaries') control such as strikes, riots, insurrection, fires, floods, explosions, war, governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes, natural disasters, or interruptions in Internet services to an area where Abc (or its wholly owned subsidiaries) or Your servers are located or co-located.

20.7 The Terms, and your relationship with Abc under the Terms, shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You and Abc agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Santa Clara, California to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Abc shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
