보고서는 민간소비와 수출이 부진한 상황에서 투자마저도 둔화해 전체 성장률이 낮아졌다고 설명했다.
The report explained that even investment slowed down amid sluggish private consumption and exports, lowering the overall growth rate.
거래량이 3.0% 감소하면 민간소비지출의 감소액은 5150억원으로 부동산 산업은 생산유발효과 약 7400억원, 부가가치 1조9000억원, 고용 1만6000명 감소가 예측된다는 설명이다.

Samjong KPMG analyzed that based on an analysis report titled "Card Industry, Prepare for a New Paradigm," the credit card industry, which accounted for 71.6% of the total private consumption spending last year, should prepare for a new paradigm for growth.
한은은 올해와 마찬가지로 내년에도 민간소비가 살아나지 않으면 물가 상승을 떠받칠 여력이 부족하다고 분석했다.

Korea's real GDP in the second quarter was up 9.8% year-on-year after a 4.6%
rise in the first quarter on the back of recovering domestic spending and
facilities investment as well as rising exports, the Bank of Korea said
yesterday.
올해 2·4분기 실질 국내총생산(GDP) 성장률이 9.8%에 달하는 것으로 집계됐다.
국내 민간소비와 설비투자 등 내수가 빠르게 회복되고 수출도 신장세가
확대된데 힘입은 결과라고 한국은행은 말했다.

The upbeat figure is the highest in almost four years and the fourth
consecutive quarter rise since the third quarter of last year, signaling
Korea has already entered the recovering stage, the central bank said.
이 증가치는 거의 4년만에 최고이며 지난해 3·4분기를 저점으로 이후 4분기째
연속 상승세를 기록해 완연한 경기 회복 국면에 진입했다는 평가다.

As a result, GDP growth in the first half of this year posted 7.3%, higher
than BOK's earlier projection of 6.3%, and the growth rate for all of 1999
is expected to exceed 7%.

increased about 3% and showed a balanced rise among all industries, said
Chung Jung-ho, a director general at the BOK's statistical department.
