following clause :

the invoice at the at-sight buying rate of exchange of won to US
dollars quoted by the Bank of Korea Seoul, on the date of negotiation
of the draft.

This appoach would permit you to make payment in dollars while
eliminating the need for adjustment of lists and so on on our side.
따라서 귀사는 원화로 표시된 일람지불의 신용장을 개설하고, 거기에 아래의
조항만 첨가하시면 되겠습니다.
어음은 그 어음의 네고일에 서울에 있는 한국은행이 매긴 미 달러화에
대한 원의 일람 매입율에 따라 송장에 기재되어 있는 원화액을 미 달러
화로 환산해서 미화의 어음을 발행한다.
이 방식이면 귀사도 달러로 지불할 수 있고, 동시에 폐사측도 가격표의 조정
및 그밖의 작업을 할 필요가 없을 것입니다.
