이날 행사에선 김경훈 선주협회 사무국 부장이 우수선화주 인증제도 법제화를 이끌어낸 공로로 문희상 국회의장 명의 공로장을 받았다.
At the event, Kim Kyung-hoon, the head of the secretary of Korea Shipowners' Association, received a letter of merit in the name of the Chairman of the National Assembly Moon Hee-sang for leading the legislation of the excellent shipper certification system.
이날 오전 10시20분께 김형오 전 국회의장이 빈소를 방문해 10여분 정도 머물며 조문했다.
At 10:20 a.m. on this day, former National Assembly Speaker Kim Hyong-o visited the mortuary and stayed for about 10 minutes to pay his respects.
우리 측 위원장인 정세균 전 국회의장은 "한·중 경제 협력은 양국 관계의 중추이자 관계를 지탱하는 버팀목으로 무역과 투자, 신산업 성장, 제3국 공동 진출 등 협력해나가야 할 분야가 많다"고 강조했다.
Former National Assembly Speaker Chung Se-kyun, South Korea's chairman, stressed that "economic cooperation between South Korea and China is the backbone of bilateral relations and supports the relationship, and there are many areas to cooperate, including trade and investment, growth of new industries and joint entry into third countries."
빈소 내실에는 문 대통령과 정세균 국무총리, 김형오 전 국회의장 등이 보낸 조화가 놓였다.
Inside the mortuary, there were condolence flowers sent by President Moon, Prime Minister Chung Se-kyun, and former National Assembly Speaker Kim Hyung-oh.
⑥대통령은 제4항과 제5항의 규정에 의하여 확정된 법률을 지체없이 공포하여야 한다. 제5항에 의하여 법률이 확정된 후 또는 제4항에 의한 확정법률이 정부에 이송된 후 5일이내에 대통령이 공포하지 아니할 때에는 국회의장이 이를 공포한다.
(6) The President shall promulgate without delay the Act as finalized under paragraphs (4) and (5). If the President does not promulgate an Act within five days after it has become Act under paragraph (5), or after it has been returned to the Executive under paragraph (4), the Speaker shall promulgate it.
