Therefore, justice must be done in this case, in accordance with
domestic and international law. Korean Maritime Police authorities

As soon as some procedures required by international law are
complete, the murderers and the ship will be placed under Korean
authority and the case will be probed. But there remains a host of
problems that need to be settled in the Korean fisheries industry if
similar mishaps are to be prevented.

early at the university's studio, where a television show was to be taped, he
took his place on the set and reviewed his notes while the crew completed
preparations. The floor manager announced that they would begin in five minutes.
Rusk produced a compact from his pocket, took out a powder puff and applied it
to his bald head, which would otherwise reflect the TV lights. He then put the
compact away and announced he was ready to begin.

On his way to the world development summit, Blair told reporters that although something must be done about the Iraqi leader's violations of international law, he hadn't decided whether military action was the way to stop him.
