의해서 금지되고 있는 이적 이념 노선을 추종했다는 것이다. 두번째 잘못은
자신들의 목적을 달성하기 위해 국가 공권력의 상징인 전경과 물리적인 충
돌을 일으켜, 전경들을 구타하고 화염병을 던지는 등 폭력을 사용하였다는
것이다.
