주사는 피부가 계속 붉어져 있는 혈관 확장성 주사와 혈관 주위에 염증이 생기면서 여드름 모양 발진이 생기는 구진 농포성 주사로 나뉜다.

chancre (하감) 1. 매독의 초기 궤양. 무통, 경화성, 부식성 구진이 감염 부위에 발생하는 것.
2. 피부 결핵 또는 스포로트리코시스의 감염 부위에 발생하는 구진성 병소.
erythroplasia (적색 비후증) 점막에 있는 홍반성 구진성 병변이 있는 상태.
Kawasaki's syndrome (가와사키 증후군) (Tomsaku Kawasaki는 현대의 일본 소아과 의사
이다.) 이 병은 선홍열과 유사한 어린이들에게 발생하는 급성 열병이다. 병의 첫날부터 열이
나며, 1주-3주후에 열이 사라진다. 어린이들은 자극에 민감하고, 화를 잘내게 되며, 무기력
해지고 양측성으로 결막에 울혈을 동반하게 된다. 구강 점막은 짙은 붉은 색을 띠고, 딸기
빛의 혀가 두드러진다. 입술이 마르며 균열이 생기고 붉어진다. 3-5일쯤 되면, 손바닥과 발
바닥이 현저하게 붉어지고, 손과 발도 붉은 빛을 띠게 된다. 손가락과 발가락 끝의 피부는
겹겹이 벗겨진다. 딱딱한 외피와 수포들에서 구진 형태의 적혈구성의 붉어지는 현상이 말
단에서부터 몸 중심 쪽으로 퍼지게 된다. 경부의 임파선 병변이 초기 3일에 나타나서 3주
이상이 지난 후에야 사라지게 된다. 이 질병은 급성 상태에서는 치명적인 경우가 드물지
만, 어린이의 경우에는 몇 년후에 관상 동맥 질환으로 갑자기 사망할 수도 있다. 이 질병은
과거에는 피부점막 임파선 증후군이라 명명되었었다. 치료는 다소 의존적이다. 열이 발생한
지 10일 이내에 다량의 감마 글로불린과 아스피린을 투여하면, 관상 동맥의 확장과 동맥류
의 위험성을 감소시킬 수 있다. 항생제와 corticosteroids의 투여는 비효과적이다. 초기 2
달 동안 자주 내원하여 세심히 관찰함으로써, 조기에 심장 질환이 있는지 알아내는 것이 중
요하며, 오랫동안 소량의 아스피린을 투여하는 것이 혈소판의 응집을 막는데 도움이 된다.
keratoacanthoma (각화극 세포종) 케라틴 플러그로 차 있는 구진 형태의 병소로서, 편평
상피 세포암과 유사하다. 양성이며, 대개 6개월 이내에 저절로 치유된다.
lichen planus (편평 태선) 각화된 전색 (keratotic plugging)과 함께 넓고 편평하고 불규칙
하며 때때로 오래 존재하는 경계가 명확한 구진 (papule)을 동반하는 염증성 피부 질환.
lichen sclerosis et atrophicus (경화 위축성 편평 태선) 만성 위축성의 피부 질환으로, 부정
형의 편 평한 구진이 각전과 함요에 의하여 다형성을 나타내는 것이 특징이다. 남자는 음경
에 발생하는 폐색성 건조성 귀두염과 여자의 외음부에 발병하는 외음 위축 증의 가장 흔한
원인이 된다.
lupus vulagris (심상성 낭창) 피부의 원발성 결핵으로 괴양성의 구진성 소결절을 보이며 특
히 얼 굴에 잘 발생한다.

scabies (옴, 개선) 옴 진드기인 Sarcoptes scabiei에 의해 유발되는 인간 및 다양한 야생동
물과 가축동물의 전염성 피부 질환. 긴밀한 접촉에 의해 전파되고 구진이 특징적이다. 알을
품은 암컷 진드기가 표피 상부층을 뚫고 들어감으로써 누궁을 형성한다. 이 병은 심한 가려
움을 수반하며 긁은 상처에 의해 습진을 일으키거나 이차 감염을 일으키기도 한다.

고 수시간내에 소실된다. 두드러기, 알러지성 피부 증상, 피부의 기계적 자극에 의해 야기되
는 감작된 사람의 전형적 병변이다.
