You acknowledge and agree that Subsidiaries and Affiliates will be entitled to provide the Services to you.
4.1 Abc는 전세계적으로 자회사 및 계열회사를 가지고 있습니다(이하, “자회사 및 계열회사”). 때때로, 이러한 회사들이 Abc 자신을 대신하여 귀하에게 ‘서비스’를 제공하게 될 수 있습니다. 귀하는 ‘자회사 및 계열회사’가 귀하에게 ‘서비스’를 제공할 수 있는 권한이 있음을 인정하고 동의합니다.

14.3 IN PARTICULAR, GOOGLE, ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT TO YOU THAT:
14.3 특히, Abc, 그 자회사와 계열회사 및 그의 라이센서(LICENSORS)는 귀하에게 아래 사항을 진술하거나 보증하지 아니합니다:
(A) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS,
(A) 귀하의 ‘서비스’ 이용이 귀하의 요구 조건을 충족한다는 점,
(B) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR FREE FROM ERROR,
(B) 귀하의 ‘서비스’ 이용이 중단 없이, 적시에, 안전하게 또는 오류 없이 이루어진다는 점,
(C) ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED BY YOU AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, AND
(C) 귀하의 ‘서비스’ 이용의 결과로 귀하가 얻게 되는 모든 정보가 정확하고 믿을 만하다는 점, 및
(D) THAT DEFECTS IN THE OPERATION OR FUNCTIONALITY OF ANY SOFTWARE PROVIDED TO YOU AS PART OF THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED.
(D) ‘서비스’의 일부로서 귀하에게 제공된 모든 ‘소프트웨어’의 작동 및 기능상의 결함이 수정될 것이라는 점.

15.1 SUBJECT TO OVERALL PROVISION IN PARAGRAPH 14.1 ABOVE, YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT GOOGLE, ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, AND ITS LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR:
