알아둘 일
계약서는 서로 실행할 수 없는 것을 써 놓는 것도 아니고 막연한
내용을 포함시켜도 안됩니다. 나중에 문제가 발생하지 않도록
상호간의 권리와 의무를 명기하고 이것을 확인한 연후에 책임자가
사인을 하는 것이며, 영문서류가 원본이 될 경우에는 세밀하게
살펴 보아서 전문 변호사의 조언을 얻고 최종적인 태도를
결정하는 것입니다. 한국식으로 「여기는 무엇인가…」하는 것은
계약종료 후에는 통용되지 않습니다.
주식 취득일 날짜를 따로 특정하지 않고 유상증자 등 선행조건이 모두 중촉되면 계약을 종료하겠다는 의미다.

This Agreement may be terminated at the option of ABC, effective
upon thirty(30) days prior written notice of termination given
to XYZ, in the following events ;
(i) Should XYZ become bankrupt or insolvent,
(ii) Should XYZ fail to meet the minimum annual purchase
requirements or otherwise fail to meet promptly any of its
obligations pursuant to this Agreement ; or
(iii) Should XYZ attempt to assign this Agreement or any
rights hereunder without ABC's prior written consent.

(i) XYZ가 파산 및 지불 불능 상태 일 때,

A “Referral Event” will be initiated when an end user clicks on a Referral Button from the Property and will be completed when the referral requirements for the relevant product are satisfied in accordance with this Agreement.

(x) create a new account to use the Program after Abc has terminated this Agreement with You as a result of your breach of this Agreement; or
10) 귀하가 본 계약을 위반하여 Abc가 본 계약을 종료한 후 프로그램을 이용하기 위하여 새로운 계정을 만드는 행위 ;
You acknowledge that any attempted participation or violation of any of the foregoing is a material breach of this Agreement and that we may pursue any and all applicable legal and equitable remedies against You, including an immediate suspension of Your account or termination of this Agreement, and the pursuit of all available civil or criminal remedies.
귀하는 전술한 어떠한 행위에 참여하거나 위반하려는 시도기 본 계약의 중대한 위반이고, Abc는 귀하 계정의 즉시 중지 또는 본 계약의 종료 및 모든 가능한 민형사상의 구제책을 강구를 포함하여 귀하를 상대로 가능한 모든 합법적이고 정당한 구제책을 취할 수 있음을 인정합니다 .

Subject to any third party agreements You may have with other Abc customers (e.g., Your Web hosting company), You may stop displaying Ads, Links, Search Boxes, or Referral Buttons on any Property in the Program with or without cause at any time by removing the Abc JavaScript or similar programming from Your Properties.
귀하가 다른 Abc 고객 ( 예컨대, 귀하 웹 호스팅 회사 ) 과 체결한 ( 제 3 자와의 ) 계약에 의거, 귀하는 귀하 자산으로부터 Abc 자바스크립트 (JavaScript) 또는 유사한 프로그래밍을 제거함으로써, 프로그램의 임의 자산에 광고, 링크, 검색상자 또는 추천버튼의 게재하던 것을 언제든지 이유여하를 막론하고 중단할 수 있습니다.
This Agreement will be deemed terminated within ten (10) business days of Abc's receipt of Your notice.

You may not resell, assign, or transfer any of Your rights hereunder.
귀하는 본 계약에 의거한 귀하의 권리 중 어느 것도 재판매, 양도, 이전할 수 없습니다.
Any such attempt may result in termination of this Agreement, without liability to Abc.
귀하가 이와 같은 시도를 할 경우, Abc의 귀책사유 없이 본 계약은 종료될 수 있습니다.
