계약서는 서로 실행할 수 없는 것을 써 놓는 것도 아니고 막연한
내용을 포함시켜도 안됩니다. 나중에 문제가 발생하지 않도록
상호간의 권리와 의무를 명기하고 이것을 확인한 연후에 책임자가
사인을 하는 것이며, 영문서류가 원본이 될 경우에는 세밀하게
살펴 보아서 전문 변호사의 조언을 얻고 최종적인 태도를
결정하는 것입니다. 한국식으로 「여기는 무엇인가…」하는 것은
계약종료 후에는 통용되지 않습니다.
기존에는 신규 계약 또는 만기 연장 때만 '주택 보유' 여부를 확인했지만 내년 부터는 은행이 6개월 이내로 이를 확인합니다.
