swift는 fast란 뜻으로 흔히 문학적 또는 시적 표현이 요구되는 문맥에서 쓰인다. speedy는 informal style에서 doing things or moving quickly란 뜻으로 쓰인다.

rapid는 움직임이나 행동의 급속함을 뜻하는 한편 speaker가 판단할 때 그 재빠름이 놀랄 만한 것임을 암시한다.

countries are establishing regional economic blocs to protect their

journalism 101은 journalism 원론이란 말입니다. 대학교 1학년생들이
신문방송학 과정 맨 처음에 배우는 원론 강의의 코드번호를 가리켜서
journalism 101..이렇게 이야기 하죠.
미국대학에서는 curriculum강좌 번호를 적을때에는 인문이나 개론 강의는
101로 표시합니다. 예를 들어 정치학 입문은 Politics 101, 경제학입문은
Economics 101..이런식으로 나타내죠.
본래 대학마다 차이는 있겠지만요 대체적으로 미국대학에는 백단위로
시작하는 것은 대학교 1학년의 교과과정이고 이백단위(201,222..)는
대학교 2학년과정, 삼백단위는 3학년과정, 사백단위는 대학교 4학년
과정.. 그리고 육백이나 팔백단위는 석사과정에서 박사과정 (박사과정은
구백단위도 있죠).. 이런 식으로 교과과목이름앞에 놓지요.
예를 들어 journalism 101은 대학교 1학년생이 듣는 강좌가 되겠고
journalism 910은 박사과정의 학생들이 듣는 과목.. 이런식으로
숫자로 구분하는 경우가 많습니다. 이렇게 대학강좌 가운데서 입문,
또는 개론을 나타내던 101은 그 뜻이 발전해서 각 학문의 원론이나 기초
라는 뜻 이외에도 기본상식이라는 의미로도 사용됩니다

In the United States in the early 1800's, individual state governments
had more effect on the economy than did the federal government. States
chartered manufacturing, banking, mining, and transportation firms and

improvements in two distinct ways ; first, by actually establishing
state companies to build such improvement ; second, by providing part of
the capital for mixed public-private companies setting out to make a

Although the states dominated economic activity during this period, the
federal government was not inactive. Its goals were the facilitation of
western settlement and the development of native industries. Toward

Factors of Production

For nonmarket economy countries, the normal methodology for calculating normal value is not
appropriate. Instead, the Department constructs a normal value using the nonmarket economy
producer's factors of production. The factors of production include, but are not limited to, (1)
the hours of labor required to produce the merchandise, (2) the quantities of raw materials
employed, (3) the amounts of energy and other utilities consumed, and (4) representative capital
costs, including depreciation. These factors of production are then valued in a market economy
country that is at a level of economic development comparable to that of the nonmarket economy
country and is a significant producer of the subject merchandise or comparable merchandise.

적용하는 것은 적절하지 않다. 따라서 상무부는 비시장경제국가의 생산
자의 생산요소를 이용하여 정상가격을 구성한다. 생산요소로는 ①물품을
생산하는데 투입되는 작업시간, ②원재료의 소요량, ③에너지 소요량
및 ④감가상각 등의 자본비용을 들 수 있으나 이 항목들에 국한하는 것
은 아니다. 이 생산요소들은 당해 비시장경제국가의 경제발전수준과
비슷한 경제발전수준에 있으며 조사대상물품이나 동종물품을 상당량
생산하고 있는 시장경제국가에서의 요소가격으로 평가된다. (법 제773조
(c)(3) 참조)
Surrogate Country

For nonmarket economy cases, the Department values factors of production in a surrogate
country. The surrogate is a market economy country that is at a level of economic development
comparable to that of the nonmarket economy country and is a significant producer of the subject
merchandise or comparable merchandise nonmarket economy country. The Department cannot
use price or costs inside a NME, except in the case of a Market Oriented Industry. (Section
773(c)).

비시장경제국의 경우 상무부는 생산요소의 가치를 비교대상국가에서
구하게 된다. 비교대상국가는 경제발전 정도에 있어서 비시장경제국과 비교
가능하고 비시장경제국의 조사대상 물품 또는 비교가능 물품의 중요한 생산
국이어야 한다. 상무부는 시장경제원리에 의한 산업인 경우를 제외하고는
비시장경제국가내에서의 가격이나 원가를 사용할 수 없다.

⑤국가는 농·어민과 중소기업의 자조조직을 육성하여야 하며, 그 자율적 활동과 발전을 보장한다.
(5) The state shall foster organizations founded on the spirit of self-help among farmers, fishermen and businessmen engaged in small and medium industry and shall guarantee their independent activities and development.
