Mindful of the nation's declining economy, the Korean

which starts today, elements which may foster excessive
extravagance or consumption.

1997년 정부는 경제위기를 슬기롭게 넘기기위해 벤처기업지원 특별법의
하나로 도입을 추진중에 있다.
