I strongly believe that being fat can have a varied effect on health, just like being tall or short or having a particular skin colour.

If we determine that the information should be released subject to the APO, the submitter

351.304(d)(1)(iii), and provided with two business days to serve the contested
information on the parties subject to the APO. If the party does not serve the information

간이 주어진다. 만일 해당 당사자가 APO에서 규정한 다른 당사자에게 정보
를 제공하지 않으면, 상무부는 그 정보를 제출자에게 돌려주고 조사과정에서
더 이상 그 정보를 고려하지 않는다. 그 정보는 다시 제출될 필요는 없으며,
추후에 같은 덤핑조사과정에서 사용될 수 있다. 상무부의 APO 결정에 대하여
그 결정일로부터 2일(공휴일 제외) 이내에 CIT(국제무역법원)에 제소할 수
있다.
