Every effort is made to have the same analyst review the draft and subsequently filed
petition. However, when a different reviewer is involved, the new analyst should always
coordinate with the analyst who handled the draft in order to determine whether problem
areas have been corrected. If the analyst finds additional problems with the petition, these
should not be discussed with the petitioner until they have been reviewed internally and a
meeting has been held with the OD. This meeting should take place no later than seven
days after the petition is filed.

새로운 분석관은 당초 초안에서의 문제점이 제대로 해결되었는지 등을
결정하기 위하여 초안담당자와 항상 협조·조정해야 한다. 만약 신청서
의 추가적인 문제점이 발견되면 내부적으로 검토하고, 국장과의 협의가
있기 전까지는 신청인과 이와 관련하여 협의해서는 안된다. 이러한 협의
는 신청후 7일이 경과하기 전에 이루어져야 한다.
