Brave Anti-Gang Citizen : 폭력에 맞선 용감한 시민
It is refreshing to hear that a provincial citizen has bravely taken on
an organized gang in his town, running advertisements in newspapers,
accusing them of assault. The advertisements took the form of an open
letter to President Kim Young-sam and state prosecutors, which has left
him vulnerable to retaliation.
지방 도시의 한 시민이 그 도시의 조직 폭력배에 용감히 맞서서, 자신을
구타한 폭력배를 고소하는, 신문 광고를 게재한 사건은 듣는 이로 하여금
상쾌감을 안겨 주고 있다. 그 광고는 김영삼대통령과 검찰청에 보내는 공개
서한 형식을 취하고 있어서, 그를 보복 받기 쉬운 취약한 상태로 놓이게 만

다만 시행일 당시 각 검찰청 특수부에서 수사 중인 사건에는 개정된 분장사무 규정을 적용하지 않기 때문에 '조국 의혹' 수사를 맡은 서울중앙지검 특수부도 수사가 종료될 때까지는 현행대로 유지된다.

일선 검찰청에서는 청 내 감염이 확인될 경우 수사 인력 격리는 물론 해당 부서마저 폐쇄가 이뤄질 수 있어 수사 업무에 변화를 준 것이다.
It implemented changes in investigation procedures since the Prosecutors' Office may have to not only isolate investigation personnel but also close down the concerned department in the case that a COVID-19 infection is confirmed within the office.
