참여자들은 표적 집단 토의(focus group discussions)와 전문가 토론(expert plenary sessions)에 참여한다.
후자의 전문가 토론에서는 다양한 관점을 대표하는 전문가들이 참여자들의 질문에 응답하기도 한다.
Finally, at the end of the deliberations, all participants once again complete the questionnaire so that the direction, volume, and distribution of changes in attitudes can be measured.
마지막으로 토론이 끝나면 모든 참여자들이 다시 한번 설문지를 작성해, 의견 변화의 방향, 크기 및 분포를 측정할 수 있다.
