는 저작근으로서 대화 동안의 하악운동시 활성화된다.
suprahyoid muscle (설골상근) 악이복근, 이설골근, 악설골근, 경돌설골근 등으로서 모두 설
골의 상방에 부착되어 있으며, 설골을 안정시키고 거상시키는 기능을 하며 하악을 억제하기
도 한다.
temporal muscle (측두근) 측두와에서 기시하여 오훼 돌기와 하악지의 전방에 부착하는 부
채 모양의 근육이다. 하악을 거상시키거나 후방으로 운동시키는 저작근이다.
trapezius muscle (승모근) 후두골의 상방 목덜미 선, 제7경추의 극돌기, 그리고 모든 흉추에
서 기시하여 쇄골과 견갑골에 부착한다. 어깨를 거상시키고 견갑골을 회전시킨다.
