One of two things will happen:

Of course, the seconds are too short to worry about, so leave them out.
물론 초는 신경 쓰기에는 너무 짧은 시간이므로 무시하라.
A few minutes don't matter so much, so just say "half past six" or "6:30".
몇 분이라는 시간은 그다지 문제가 되지 않으니 그냥 "6시 반" 혹은 "6시 30분"이라고 말하라.
On the other hand, a year is so long that everyone knows what year you are talking about.
반면 1년은 아주 긴 시간이어서 모든 사람들이 여러분이 말하고 있는 연도가 언제인지 안다.
So you don't really need to put the year in, either.
그래서 여러분들은 연도 또한 넣지 않아도 된다.
When you leave these extra details out, it gives you room on your invitation to put much more important things:
여러분들이 이러한 불필요한 세부사항을 빼버리면, 초대장에 훨씬 더 중요한 것을 써 넣을 수 있는 여유 공간이 생긴다.

There are some events whose exact time is usually given in more detail than others.
보통 다른 때보다 더욱 자세하게 정확한 시간이 주어지는 경우가 있다.
Astronomers are probably silliest about this.
천문학자들은 아마도 이와 관련해서 가장 어리석은 사람들일 것이다.
They sit at their telescopes for days and then proudly tell us that there will be a complete eclipse of the sun at 8 minutes and 19 seconds past 4 o'clock on the morning of January 5, 2167.
그들은 망원경 앞에 며칠 동안 앉아 있다가 2167년 1월 5일 새벽 4시 8분 19초에 개기일식이 있을 것이라고 자랑스럽게 말한다.
It's funny that these same people can also be very uncertain about other times, such as:
