Roofing Nail 조사개시 사건 - 61FR 67306, 96. 12. 20. 참조).

determine whether the industry supports the petition, pursuant to 19 CFR 351.203(b)(2)
of our regulations. In appropriate circumstances, we may sample, from information
contained in the petition or placed on the record by domestic interested parties, to

necessary to poll the domestic industry.

Executive Order 12356 (E.O. 12356), or its successor, which defines the classification,
declassification, and treatment of classified information. This type of information is

The DOC has centralized the APO function for IA under the Director for Antidumping
and Countervailing Duty Policy and Analysis in the APO office. The APO office is
responsible for directing IA's handling of business proprietary information, and provides
guidance and instructions for protecting and working with business proprietary
information. The APO office, staff is responsible for the entire APO process in all
antidumping proceedings including protective orders for all Binational Panel Proceedings
pursuant to the North American Free Trade Agreement. The APO office needs your
assistance in performing its functions. See section X of this chapter for a complete
description of the APO office internal processing procedures.

under this agreement). The return of the proprietary documents will be accompanied
by a certificate from me attesting to my personal, good faith efforts to determine that
no other copies of such materials have been made available to or retained by any
other party to whom disclosure was not specifically authorized by the Commerce
Department.

제12조 ①모든 국민은 신체의 자유를 가진다. 누구든지 법률에 의하지 아니하고는 체포·구속·압수·수색 또는 심문을 받지 아니하며, 법률과 적법한 절차에 의하지 아니하고는 처벌·보안처분 또는 강제노역을 받지 아니한다.
Article 12
(1) All citizens shall enjoy personal liberty. No person shall be arrested, detained, searched, seized or interrogated unless it is so authorized pursuant to statute. No person shall be punished, subject to preventive restrictions or to forced labor unless it is so authorized by an Act or without due process of law.

Article 76
(1) In case of internal turmoil, external menace, natural calamity or a grave financial or economic crisis, the President may take minimum necessary financial and economic actions or issue, in this regard, orders having the effect of Act, only when it is required to take urgent measures for maintenance of national security or public peace and order, and there is no time to await convening of the National Assembly.
②대통령은 국가의 안위에 관계되는 중대한 교전상태에 있어서 국가를 보위하기 위하여 긴급한 조치가 필요하고 국회의 집회가 불가능한 때에 한하여 법률의 효력을 가지는 명령을 발할 수 있다.
(2) In case of grave state of hostilities affecting national security, the President may issue orders having the effect of Act, only when it is required to preserve the integrity of the nation, and it is impossible to convene the National Assembly.
③대통령은 제1항과 제2항의 처분 또는 명령을 한 때에는 지체없이 국회에 보고하여 그 승인을 얻어야 한다.
(3) If the President has taken any action or issues any order pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2), he/she shall promptly notify it to the National Assembly and obtain its approval.
④제3항의 승인을 얻지 못한 때에는 그 처분 또는 명령은 그때부터 효력을 상실한다. 이 경우 그 명령에 의하여 개정 또는 폐지되었던 법률은 그 명령이 승인을 얻지 못한 때부터 당연히 효력을 회복한다.
(4) If the President failed to obtain the approval as referred to in paragraph (3), the action or the order shall lose effect forthwith. In such case, the Acts which were amended or abolished by the order in question shall automatically regain their original effect at the moment the order failed to obtain approval.
⑤대통령은 제3항과 제4항의 사유를 지체없이 공포하여야 한다.
(5) The President shall, without delay, put the developments under paragraphs (3) and (4) on public notice.
This Agreement shall become effective upon signing and shall
continue in full force and effect for a period of two(2) years
from the date hereof, unless earlier terminated pursuant to
Article xxxxx, and shall thereafter be automatically extended
for successive two(2) years unless, three(3) months prior to
the expiration of the term, a notice of intention to finally
terminate is given in writing by one party to the other.
본 계약은, 만약xxxxx조항에 명시된 조건에 의하여 조기 만료되지
않는 한, 쌍방의 서명과 더불어 2년 동안 유효하며, 만약 계약종료
3개월 전에 계약의 어느 당사자가 상대방에게 계약종료의 의사를

This Agreement may be terminated at the option of ABC, effective
upon thirty(30) days prior written notice of termination given
to XYZ, in the following events ;
(i) Should XYZ become bankrupt or insolvent,
(ii) Should XYZ fail to meet the minimum annual purchase
requirements or otherwise fail to meet promptly any of its
obligations pursuant to this Agreement ; or
(iii) Should XYZ attempt to assign this Agreement or any
rights hereunder without ABC's prior written consent.
