muddle through는 ‘체계 없이 대충 일을 해결한다’는 뜻입니다.
Don’t try to shuffle along!
shuffle은 발을 질질 끄는 동작을 가리키는 말로서, ‘문제를 분명하게 짚고 넘어가지 않고 얼버무리다’의 뜻으로도 사용됩니다.

She’s got a short fuse.
‘퓨즈가 짧다’는 이 표현 역시 쉽게 격해지는 성격이라는 의미입니다.
She blows her top easily.
우리가 ‘뚜껑 열린다’는 말로 화가 났음을 표현하는 것과 비슷하게 영어에서는 blow one’s top으로 ‘불 같이 화를 낸다’를 표현합니다.
