Affirmative action (차별 철폐 조치)
미국정부가 소수민족, 여성 차별을 없애기 위해서 법률에 의해서 대입,
일자리, 직업훈련에 흑인과 백인 또는 여성과 남성을 일정한 비율로 채
용하도록하는 인원 할당 조치를 뜻하는 말.
미국에서의 법률로서의 차별 철페 원칙은 1960년대 확립 되었음.

If the final determinations of both IA and the ITC are affirmative (that is,
dumping and/or subsidization and injury are confirmed), an AD or CVD
order is issued.
