식약처는 "퍼프린젠스로 인한 식중독은 음식 조리·보관시 주의하면 충분히 예방할 수 있기 때문에 급식소나 대형 음식점 등에서는 조리식품 보관방법과 보관온도를 반드시 지켜야 한다"고 밝혔다.
The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety said, "Food poisoning caused by perfringens can be sufficiently prevented with care when cooking and storing food. Therefore, food service centers and large restaurants must observe the storage method and storage temperature of cooked food."
